Daniela gained a well known reputation in the financial circles after a rich career in different industries. Her professional experience is rooted in numerous CFO and Deputy CEO positions that she held within a number of multinational companies. Daniela also worked in international investment planning which allowed her to acquire extensive legal advisory knowledge in the financial area. Daniela earned her degree in Finance – Bank – Accounting at Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest and is a certified fiscal consultant.

Wolfgang is working in executive search and recruitment since 1996 and he also coordinates customized training and outplacement projects. Since early 2002 he has focused exclusively on Executive Search. He earned a diploma in Management of Trade from University of Business Administration Vienna, and he is specialized in Foreign Trade.

Peter was financial controller and CFO within different German companies and industries. He joined Donau Consult team in 2007 and he is responsible with Executive Search and Financial Advisory for Western Romania.  He has a strong economic background gained at different business schools like Regensburg Universitat Munich, Ludwig Maximilians Universitat Munich, Universite de Toulouse, France, Economic Science. Peter is also the president of the "German Speaking Business Club".
